Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We are always happy to accommodate dietary requirements. However, we do not operate in an allergen-free facility and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that any platter is free of allergens and do not recommend guests with severe allergies consume our products.
Can I customize my grazing platter?
Of course, We love getting creative! We will always do our best to accommodate any requests, and can work directly with you to create a bespoke platter. Please note, custom platters may need additional time to source specialty items.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all platter orders (subject to availability). If you need your platter in less time, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate on shorter notice!
How do I order?
Please use the contact/order button on our home page or email hello@thegrazco.com to place your order for our platters. Please be sure to include delivery/pick-up date, recipient name, recipient phone number and delivery instructions. Feel free to add any other details or special requirements.
What areas do you service?
Our platters and boxes are available for pickup in North York, Ontario. Delivery is available to the surrounding GTA area for a small additional fee. Please inquire for more details!
What is your cancellation policy?
With the nature of our products, we would appreciate a cancelation notice of at least 5 days. We are able to offer a full refund for any orders cancelled within 5 days of pick-up/delivery date. Any orders cancelled with 2-5 days notice, will receive a credit for future use. Unfortunately we cannot refund orders cancelled with less than 2 days notice.
